Shipping Policy

All Petals and Tails standard shipping rates and policies apply to all items when shipped within the U.S., including free shipping on qualifying orders (99.99$ and above). International shipping may not be available for all items.

When your order ships, the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in your Account and can be found in your shipment confirmation e-mail.

Processing times

Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Example: IF your order was placed on Monday, it will then ship on Wednesday. If your order was placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will ship on Monday.

UPS 2 day shipping means 2 business day shipping and your order may be dropped off after the cut off time for that business day. For example: you placed your order on Wednesday, it will then ship on Friday before or after the cut off time for that business day: it may then arrive on Monday or Tuesday. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for any carrier delays.  

Track my order

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. (may not be available for USPS)

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Petals and Tails LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Missing Orders

If you have not yet received your order by your estimated delivery item please submit the following form and a customer representative will look into your order.
